Committee Mission
The Workforce Committee’s goal is to build a strong, evidence-based foundation that can guide institutions, policymakers, and specialty leaders toward actionable solutions addressing the pediatric dermatology workforce shortage. Through scholarship, advocacy, and strategic initiatives, the committee aims to generate the data needed to strengthen the training pipeline, support fair compensation models, and ensure the long-term sustainability of the specialty.
