Description
The NYU Grossman School of Medicine’s Ronald O. Perelman Department of Dermatology seeks to hire an academically-oriented pediatric dermatologist. Our division currently consists of three board certified pediatric dermatologists. We provide ambulatory care and inpatient consults for a diverse patient population across the NYU Langone Health system and at New York City's historic Bellevue Hospital. We seek a candidate committed to education, clinical excellence and scholarship. This position affords many opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration, the education of trainees at all levels and cutting-edge research within a renowned department and in a world-class academic medical center.
The Department has upheld a tradition of leadership and excellence that spans the history of dermatology in the United States. Our education program provides dermatologic instruction for students of NYU Grossman School of Medicine, specialty training for residents and fellows at NYU Langone Health, Bellevue Hospital Center and the Department of Veterans Affairs New York Harbor Health System-Manhattan Campus; and advanced training for experienced physicians through NYU's Department of Continuing Medical Education. We offer an ACGME-accredited Pediatric Dermatology Fellowship. The Department is a center for collaborative research addressing significant dermatologic problems and is among the top programs nationally in grant funding.

Qualifications
Candidates must board certified in Dermatology, must have completed an accredited pediatric dermatology fellowship and be certified or board eligible in Pediatric Dermatology. They must hold a New York State license at the time of proposed employment. Compensation and academic appointment will be commensurate with experience.
