This meeting will be held in-person, but presentations will be recorded and made available for purchase in late August. CME credit will be offered for those who attend live as well as those who purchase the recordings.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing.
Through June 13: Registration fee, less a $100 administrative fee, will be refunded following the meeting.
June 14 - July 16: Registration fee, less a $200 administrative fee, will be applied toward next year’s meeting for SPD members. No refund provided for non-members
After July 16: No refund will be provided.
